Duration: 55 minutes
We know that King Ferdinand I of Aragon decided to marry his daughter Maria to John I of Castile, her cousin. However, in History it is never told how Maria of Aragon, having resolved to escape from this forced marriage, and having been blessed with the rare gift of ubiquity, began sending copies of her image all over the Mediterranean territories.
Nor do History books tell us about the vicissitudes her mother, the witch Queen Elionor of Alburquerque, went through with her former love, the Capitano Hortelano, in order to be able to merge these images back into one single Maria. History books also do not tell how prince John I of Castile, in an attempt to flee, ended up in Bonavista market. Nor do they recount how the servants of all of these characters stirred up even more trouble. A story full of fighting, misunderstandings and plenty of laughter.
