COS – Festival Internacional de Moviment i Teatre Gestual de Reus is organized by CAER - Centre d’Arts Escèniques Reus, belonging to Consorci del Teatre Fortuny, entity owned by Ajuntament de Reus, Diputació Provincial de Tarragona and Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
